We want Atlantis Protocol to fit your schedule, not the other way around. That’s why we keep it simple: if you want to start your game ANY time AFTER your original booking – no need to contact us, change your booking, or pay extra!
How does it work?
- Your original booking gives you access to the game and all instructions.
- Didn’t make your original slot? No stress. Just start later, at any time that works for you, between 11:00 and 21:30 on any day.
- Use the instructions you received by email (sent before and on your original start time). These instructions remain valid for any later time.
- You don’t need to notify us or rebook – just play!
Start earlier than your original start time?
If you want to start earlier, you may not have received all the email instructions yet, as the last one is automatically sent at you game time. If you need to start earlier, please email us at citygames@sherlocked.nl and we’ll do our best to help.
Note: customer service is unavailable during weekends and after hours; there’s no phone support.
Why do we do it this way?
Atlantis Protocol is a self-guided experience. Our flexible approach lets you play at your convenience, without endless back-and-forth or delays. This means you get maximum freedom – and we can keep prices low for everyone.
