Can I use my Gift Card for any experience?

General Gift Cards can be used for any experience but are limited to their monetary value.

How do I redeem my Gift Card?

Visit sherlocked.nl and choose your experience.
Enter your Gift Card code during checkout.
Your credit or experience will automatically be applied.

Note: Gift Cards are typically single-use and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Can I get a refund for unused Gift Cards?

Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Experience Gift Cards: No credit is given if the booking cost is less than the card’s coverage.

General Gift Cards: Unused balance cannot be retained for future use.

What happens if I lose my Gift Card or code?

For physical Gift Cards, a replacement can be issued for €10 plus shipping.

General Gift Cards: Value remains fixed, and you may need to pay the difference for increased prices.

Can I buy a physical Gift Card?

A physical version of any Gift Card, if available due to limited stock, can be purchased for an extra €10 plus shipping. Delivery times:

Europe: Up to 8 business days
Rest of the world: Up to 15 business days
