Back in 2014, two weeks after we launched as one of the first escape rooms in Europe, we were invited by the now legendary Dutch talk show 'De Wereld Draait Door' to come demonstrate this strange idea of 'escape rooms' to an audience of 1.6 million viewers in The Netherlands.

The Alchemist is located on the third floor of a historic building in Amsterdam, and unfortunately, there’s no elevator. You’ll need to climb 56 steps, plus a few more during the experience. We apologize for any inconvenience.
