Great fun - we made it out just in time. Lot's of variety and complexity whilst still being manageable. Nice staff and handily all in English.

Having never tried any escape room before, Me and my friends were tempted to give this place a go after reading about it's rave reviews on trip advisor. Finding this place was abit hard as it is located at the corner of the building with its view of the signage being partially blocked by the cafe beside it. We were greeted by two friendly and welcoming ladies upon entering. Before entering the escape room, we were told a story linked to the room that certainly set the mood for an adventure! The room was detailed and we were given an hour inside. I am glad to say me and my friend certainly enjoyed the experience.

I've been to 3 escape rooms. This was by far the best. Great location, mysterious puzzles and nice surprises made this an extremely rewarding hour. I'll be back when there's another room. Jeroen

We did the vault escape room as a group of 4 in December and had a really great time, the experience is so immersive and fun. None of us had done an escape room before so weren't sure what to expect; we found this challenging but doable. I really couldn't recommend Sherlocked more, the staff were amazing and we were laughing about it for days after

My husband and I run our own escape room in Ireland, and we often go and play other games because we love these games so much. Many times we are let down by unoriginal, pointless puzzles that are more like a lame scavenger hunt without any logic or problem solving. We went to Sherlocked in November with some family members and played The Architect and were absolutely blown away by the quality of the puzzles, the layout of the room, the friendly and professional staff, and the excitement we felt towards the end as we were so close to escaping! I'm a harsh critic of escape games and as I said am usually unimpressed. I will be recommending this game to everyone I meet that makes a trip to A'dam. My hats off to the creators of the game, the staff, and everyone involved in this great activity. You deserve all of your 5 star reviews, and more.

Kept our attention the whole way through, time went so fast but the room wasn't easy! So so good....

A real life escape game that you play with friends, lasts for 60 minutes. The aim of the game is to solve riddles to ‘escape’ the locked room. Cost is 122.40 Euros for up to 6 players (including paypal fee), and we thought this price was well worth the experience. This worked very well for our group of five friends (aged 28-33). Sherlocked was very difficult to find, as located in a HUGE building with many different halls, and initially we were trying to get into the building from the wrong direction – suggest go early and leave yourself plenty of time to find the entrance! (it took us over 15 minutes, on top of the 5 minute walk from Centraal Station) When you arrive there is a cloakroom area and a lock box where you have to leave your mobiles and cameras etc as these are not allowed inside the locked room – in case you spoil the surprise for other future visitors! The hidden rooms are extensive and this location was even more fun than other similar games I've played elsewhere! Definitely recommend if you have a free hour and a half in central Amsterdam.

We had a work team building event here which was excellent. Can't say too much so as not to ruin the surprise for others. We did the "architect" which was a little easy but made that we didn't argue. Recommended for people aged 14 and over
