Sherlocked blew Escape the rooms in New York away! The idea of having to solve things in multiple rooms and using all the players in order to accomplish and find the things you need. It was not only challenging but so much fun and enjoyable! Jacob (Mark) was very awesome too! I highly recommend this to everyone who visits Amsterdam!

We’ve done a lot of escape rooms in our time but never one that you have to break into. It’s brilliant! A real experience from start to finish (and it starts way before you get to the escape room - and I mean days). I won’t say any more because it might spoil the fun, but if you are in Amsterdam you really have to check The Vault out. Oh, and the building Sherlocked are based in is stunning and a superb location for the room. 10/10

I booked several corporate events and team outings at Sherlocked. After going through the game, whether the teams completed it or not, they came out full of energy and adrenaline and could not stop talking about how cool the experience was for days. Further, on several occasions, we had to cancel and re-schedule meeting due to our own planning complications. It was a really bad headache for several weeks but the Sherlocked team went above and beyond to accommodate our scheduling hassles. I mean, really, in a few cases we had to be a very terrible customer I am very grateful that Sherlocked took it all in stride so that our events could be successful. So please don't read this and think it will be ok to abuse the Sherlocked team's kindness and professionalism. :-) I was just very relieved at how well taken-care of we were in a city that is not known for outstanding customer service.

Such a family fun experience! We all played a part and it was a blast!!

This is not your generic review. That one is from a couple which already played in several rooms and was ABSOLUTELY captivated by the atmosphere, details and creative/unique riddles of this one! There are sick mechanisms and unexpected twists unlike anything we've seen in other rooms (in multiple countries). Bonus; it's in an epic building. For hours after the experience we've been recapping and running the riddles over and over again in our minds grinning like kiddies admiring their newly built lego fort. A must do!.

The Alchemist is the best escape room I’ve ever done in my life, and I’ve done a lot. My friend and I took a trip to Amsterdam, and we knew we had to take the opportunity to visit Sherlocked. We felt like we were in a movie. The puzzles were fun, just the right amount of challenging, and made sense with the story. And speaking of the story- what an immersive, engaging, and beautiful experience. I’ve never been so swept away by every element of an escape room and it had me completely captivated from start to finish. The quality, the craftsmanship, the creativity- bravo! I only wish I could afford to travel the world more often so I could try all of the other rooms here.

We did the Vault room with a group of four. It could have been a good escape room, but we had several technical issues. One door didn’t open and all we were told was to keep trying. After a long time someone came and also couldn’t open it so we were told the result of that riddle. Also some other things didn’t work properly (like 2 out of 4 flashlights were not charged) and this was just frustrating. We didn’t find some of the riddles logical. From our experience I cannot recommend that room.

Super fun escape room! Me and my friends did the Architect and managed to get out with only 2 minutes on the clock. So many fun riddles and crazy environmental changes. If not for the exciting escape room, I would come back for the fun crew alone. There are even more scenarios to be played with even more interactions, so I will definitely come back for more.

A great experience, fun, challenging and always on theme. The atmosphere was brilliant as was the setting. Loved this experience.

We had a fantastic time at the "Architect" Escape Room, which was not only fun, but very intelligent. As for the price - at first I found a bit expensive, but once experiencing it, I totally understand it. We were also welcomed by a friendly staff member who explained very well how the game would be played. Totally recommend it!
