Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a game take?
Most investigation teams spend between 120 and 180 minutes unraveling the truth. It is a slow-burn experience meant to be savored, not rushed.
How many people can play?
The mystery is best shared between 2 to 4 detectives, allowing everyone to see the documents and discuss theories. However, you can certainly brave it alone or play with a group of up to 5.
How hard is it?
We aim for a satisfying balance. The puzzles are logical and narrative-driven, making them approachable for newcomers but complex enough to make escape room veterans feel proud when the pieces finally click.
Can we replay or share the game?
Absolutely. Unlike some games where you tear or cut components, our mysteries are non-destructive. Once you have solved the case, you can reset the box and pass the adventure on to a friend.
Is it suitable for younger detectives?
We recommend ages 10 and up. Because the game involves reading vintage letters and requires some patience, it is best suited for children who enjoy getting lost in a story.
How does shipping work?
We ship our mysteries worldwide from the Netherlands.
- Europe: 3-5 business days
- UK & USA: 3-9 business days
Please note: Additional customs fees may apply for orders outside the EU.
What language are the games in?
Currently, all evidence, letters, and reports are in English.
