3. The recipient books a date on sherlocked.nl and enters the code under 'Redeem voucher'.

Will the gift card arrive in time for Sinterklaas or Christmas?
Yes. Digital gift cards are emailed within minutes of payment, also on 5 December and on Christmas Eve. Physical cards take 2 business days in the Netherlands.
What is the difference between a value card and an experience card?
A value card has a fixed amount and can be spent on any experience; it is valid for five years. An experience card covers a specific room for a set number of players and is valid for two years.
Can the recipient choose the date?
Yes. The gift card holds a code; the recipient books a date and time on sherlocked.nl and enters the code under 'Redeem voucher'.
How much should I give for two people?
The Architect costs €129 for two players; Sherlock's Brain Fog costs €90 for two. A value card of €130 covers a two-player game in The Architect.
Can a gift card be used for a group?
Yes. A value card can be put towards one or several rooms, for up to 19 players starting together.
What if room prices change?
Experience cards lock the price at purchase. Value cards keep their amount; any difference is paid at booking.
Can I get a refund on a gift card?
Gift cards are not refundable, but they are transferable: anyone with the code can play.
