Sooo much fun to do! Next time a level higher!

Having done a few escape rooms in the U.K., we wanted to do one while we were in Amsterdam for the weekend and were not disappointed. Thankfully the young man who set the scene for the experience spoke perfect English and therefore we were not at a disadvantage at any stage in the game. He was also a very good actor in setting the atmosphere for the room ahead. It was excellent from start to finish and the puzzles were challenging but not too frustrating. Enough hints along the way when needed without spoiling the flow! The venue was very atmospheric and imaginative. Loved it and would thoroughly recommend. Suitable for groups of friends or families with older children but would recommend at least 4 people do it to stand a chance of getting out! We missed out by about 2 mins (as a group of 3) and would have benefited from an extra person’s help. Or maybe we’re just making excuses!

I'm still blown away! We made it with 5 minutes to spare and even when you think you made it out at last, you are mistaken ... This was definitely one of the most thrilling and amazing experiences of my life! It's an absolute blast! A crazy ride from the first to the last second!

Our family (with an 11 and 15 year old) has become obsessed with escape rooms. We love puzzles and being challenged and pride ourselves on having escaped all but one room (one of our first) and we’ve done almost 15 including Florida, Michigan, UK, and now Amsterdam. The two rooms here, The Architect and The Vault, are by far the best rooms we’ve ever done! After escaping The Architect (with barely over a minute to spare), we even changed our train departure to be able to do The Vault. It did not disappoint! Things we loved: Clear story even including some role playing by the hosts to really feel immersive. Huge rooms with a lot of atmosphere making it feel real and more exciting. The location is so cool and makes incredible use of the old building it’s in. Great puzzles with a wide range of types so you aren’t just unlocking 50 combination locks to escape. (We’ve done rooms like that and it gets very annoying and boring quickly). Puzzles that really force the team to work together even doing different things to ensure everyone is involved. Hosts that really make you feel a part of something special (the young gentleman who hosted us on July 19th at 10am for the Vault was absolutely FANTASTIC and we had a blast working with him. I wish I would have gotten his name so I could include it here.). Location is easy to get to in the center of Amsterdam. Cons: Only one: they only have two rooms. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. If you like puzzles, like to be challenged, and want a great time then come here!

A friend of mine told me about escape games and recommend me this place as I went to Amsterdam for a weekend. Normally I am not a big fan of games and mystery, but I gave it a try and just to say it already in the beginning - it was more than worth it! We went there in a group of five people, a charming young lady welcomed us and told us everything about the game. In the next hour we had time to solve the riddle, which was quite fun! Especially all those "Heureka!" moments and the feeling to act in a team were great! I would say the game has the right degree of difficulty: it is not to easy and you have to tax your brain. And even if we did not make it to escape the room in the end (we were really, really close! :) I am thinking about to test also the other venue called "the vault" by my next visit in Amsterdam All in all I can say it was a fun experience and it confirms me that it is worth to try new things.

I loved the intellectual challenge, the pleasure of the group work, the artistic beauty of the design and variation in the puzzles we had to solve. The whole team came out elated and shouting of excitement.

Best escape room ever!!!!

A next level break-in experience. After we did Sherlocked's 'The Architect', we craved for more and decided to go to 'The Vault'. Although we didn't manage to complete this one, it was a worthwhile experience that is up to par with The Architect. Beautifully designed, interesting mechanics and simply put just a very fun experience.
