We arrived to sherlocked on our first trip to Amsterdam not knowing what to expect. Right from the start, we were intrigued and trying to search for hidden clues. Our host was wonderful and gave us a mysterious introduction to the room. Once in there, we were utterly absorbed in hunting for clues and tying to get ourselves out. It was so cleverly done and there were lots of surprises that kept us all on our toes. We were thrilled when we managed to get out and now can't wait to try another escape room soon. Thanks for a great experience!

Definitely would not recommend this place. I've heard that customer service for this room sucks, but I could not imagine how bad it really is. When we've just arrived we noticed that we should call or text some guy who opens the door. After having a few calls and messages unanswered, the guy appeared in hurry to let us in. It was 20 minutes wasted in the cold. During the game my teammate got in emergency situation with his health, we tried to signal the operator but it was useless. He was unreachable. Horrible! Once the time passed we were told - that's all and we should quit. Nevertheless that we asked for final solution (having passed 95% of the quest) - they declined to give us neither time nor solution and asked for payment for the next session (start over). Me and my team are doing quests and escape rooms over the world and it's the first time that we are having such a terrible service. Demanded payment for 2nd hour of the quest, declined to help in emergency situation, made us wait in the cold outside for 20 minutes... The worst experience ever.

The best escape room I have ever done, although in this you break in rather than break out, absolutely 100% recommend.

My first “escape room” experience and I am afraid that nothing else will ever compare. They have a mobile app that helps you get in the mindset as pre-work and everything. We did The Vault, and I will say that the setting is phenomenal. You are in some old bank or stock exchange with lots of doors and real vaults and safes. They integrate in a lot of technology and role playing that just amazed me. Beware: The Vault scenario is really hard. A small percentage finishes.

I’ve now done all 3 escape rooms and can only highly recommend each of them! Every time I’ve been blown away by the attention to detail the team puts into the set design and puzzles. Their latest room The Alchemist is incredibly creative & well done. I am in awe!!!

I was organizing my best friend's bachelor party. This started at Sherlocked and man what a start is was. We had two groups and that was good choice. When group 1 went in to escape, group 2 went for a walk in Amsterdam around the venue. Plenty to so and to see (we're dutch and live approx. 20 miles away mind you!) Then group 2 went in. As a twist I asked the Sherlocked-team to hide a note for the bachelor at the last 'puzzle'. This wasn't a problem and it totally added to the experience. The team did everything to make us feel welcome and to make us have a great experience. If you're planning on doing only one escape room in your life, this is good option. Hope this helps!

This was our first experience with an escape room and it was so much fun. The story is nice, the assignments are diverse and the location is beautiful and interesting. Great way to spend time!

I've played a number of escape rooms before and Sherlocked (we played The Architect) really blows the rest out of the water. Highly recommended -can't wait to play The Vault :)

Wow! Excitement and a continuous state of amazement. The Alchemist escape room is created with so much love and passion that authenticity radiates from it. From the very first moment, you find yourself in a movie. The puzzles and games are very original and definitely not the standard code with a lock experience. You enter a completely different world and a captivating story. Without giving away too many spoilers, you are truly taken on an adventure and go through the steps in your own order. Truly a unique experience that you, as an escape room enthusiast, really MUST experience. After this, many other escape rooms may disappoint you. Well done Sherlocked!
