The location is fantastic, the team-work aspect is central and the difficulty of the task is well calibrated! The actors really made the mission realistic! Terrible experience as a customer - this escape room asked to change the time (very close to the date) which we BOOKED AND PAID ALREADY, and I couldn’t make that time so I asked to cancel for myself while other friends would still do. The reply from them is I cannot get a refund as much as I paid, since the number of participants is shorter now - which is CAUSED BY YOU. I tried to call and left a message via social media, but NO ONE REPLIED, ignoring my message while still posting stories? PLEASE treat all your customers properly and process the refund for the FULL amount for 1 person immediately. It is unacceptable to place the burden of YOUR fault on your customers. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone, there’re much better escape rooms in Amsterdam to secure your booking and treat customers properly, rather than this frustrating experience of paying more than €35.

I’ve played close to 100 escape rooms around the world and confidently say this is the absolutely most amazing one by FAR! I really don’t want to go into detail because everything that makes it unique would be spoiled if I explained it. At last, though, a realistic escape room whose story makes perfect sense and actually creates an incredibly real and immersive experience. WOW

What an experience! Expectations shattered. This isn't an escape room, it's an experience. The fun starts long before you're in any of the many rooms that make up this jolly good time. I only wish I could erase my memory and do it again.

I have done other escape rooms in the past but this one is most amazing one yet. The game from the start after you book it gets you excited and in the zone. This room in particular was very hard and requires a-lot of time hence it was an hour and 20 minutes instead of one hour. Although we could’t finish it on time, it was a really fun time there and we enjoyed the game very much. I would definitely recommend it!

Family with two teenagers and a 9-yr-old had a brilliant time solving the Architect. The highest quality, most engaging of the five escape rooms I have tried. Highly recommended!

Totally enjoyed the whole experience! The setting was great and the riddles and games were fun! Will definitely do this again in another city.

By far the best escape room we have ever done! The set up was amazing starting in one location and then moving on to another with use of props that made you feel like you are in a real life situation. I can’t say too much as you need to experience it for yourself but if you don’t do this whilst in Amsterdam you have really missed out! Honestly the setup with the messages to your phone earlier in the day through to beating the timer, it was all amazing!!! Please go, it is so worth it!!
