Our first escape room and an amazing story! Challenging enough to be interesting, accessible enough for everyone to contribute, and more than just a puzzle - this is an adventure! We loved every second.

After having done two escape rooms quite easily, we now headed up for The Vault. Definitely the most cool, innovative and challenging room so far! I don’t recommend to do this room as your first one ever (the Architect is brilliant for that), but damn it was nice. Unfortunately for us our operation ‘pickles’ was not completed successfully, but it’s still very satisfying and definitely recommendable.

Its located in the centre of Amsterdam, at a historic building. The session is about 1,5 - 2 hours. Bring yourself, some good (or forthcoming) friends, and enjoy. Take the whole thing serious, and you find yourself in the middle of a movie. Its a lot of fun! Our best decision that weekend visit was to try this concept.

We played The Alchemist escape room today and had an amazing time. The attention to detail: from the initial briefing and scene setting by our host through to the final ‘escape’ was well choreographed. The tasks within the room were amazingly well designed with different skills and cooperation between your team required throughout. This was by far the best escape room our family have experienced.

Great experience, all in English so no language problems. You are involved from the very beginning and definitely need to think out of the box!

You can without a doubt see why this is an award winning escape room. The story telling and details are amazing and it was perfect in creating a thrill without needing horror. I won't spoil anything about the room other than that I recommend it 100% and that I'll be back to try the other rooms as well

The Alchemist was my first ever escape game, and it’s putting the level very high. I had so much fun that I totally lost track of time. I loved every inches of the experience: the storyline, the marvelous set design, all of the challenges were super playful and intriguing with a sparkle of magic wonder. For the fans of Harry Potter, you shall go!

After our experience at Sherlocked, my teammate and I were - literally - speechless. We walked in silence for nearly 10 minutes while we processed the Vault game. However, it's now been 3 days since we played, and I have not stopped talking about Sherlocked. What an amazing experience, truly unlike any other escape game we have played (and we have played over 80 worldwide)! The set was absolutely incredible, the storyline was so unique, and the puzzles were challenging and thoughtful. I don't want to spoil anything, but the beginning sequence of the game was SO good and really set the stage for an amazing, one of a kind experience. Our GM was fabulous too - truly top notch and really made the event extra special for us. Before the game, I was a bit weary given the pricetag, however I can comfortably say that the Vault was worth every penny - This place is not to be missed!!! Get to Amsterdam and play this game NOW!!!!

This was our first excape room ever and we did not make it (we got to about 80%). But the experience was very cool. We were 2 adults, 4 teenagers (14-16). The room has enough to do for everyone and it is a very cool historic setting, that makes it seem absolutely real.

The whole thing was amazing from start to finish: The role play, the story, the setup, the environment, the puzzles. Just perfect. (We did Vault on 16.03.2022 at 20:00 and then we did The Architect on 20.03.2022 at 22:00)
