What People Say About Sherlocked Escape Rooms in Amsterdam

Fab fab fab! I suggested this to my husband to do for his birthday as he had previously been to an escape room on his stag. It was fantastic! Very well thought out and you can really immerse yourself in the whole experience. The staff are approachable and very believable in the story the lay out too. It really gets you thinking and was a great way to spend an hour working as a team with my hubby- got to keep his brain ticking over now he's the ripe old age of 32! Would definitely recommend a visit!

we had a lot of fun in the room, the riddles were interesting and not too hard, the atmosphere is great and so is the theme (and following the theme of course). some thinking is in order, some key finding and some parallel work and communication is required. oh, and DO NOT take the table apart ;)

Walkie talkies gave us an unfortunate experience. Tip for the last door: It is a sliding door …

My wife and I have done several escape rooms throughout Europe, this one was probably the best thought out. Because we travel alone, we end up doing escape rooms for three with just the two of us and usually we are okay. That was definitely not the case here, this room was hard and you really need at least three people, better would be five. We didn't make it out in time, but we were told that it would be almost impossible for two people, so that's not on them The amount of thought and care that was put into this room is impressive. The types of locks and puzzles varied which is rare for rooms, and the level of communication needed it great. All things lacking in most escape rooms. If you can only visit one escape room, this is the one. I only wish they would bring this to the US, as our escape rooms are terrible compared to European ones, especially this one. Great job, Can't wait to go back with a bigger group and tackle the Vault.

The architect escape room offers a really exciting experience. I especially loved the craftsmanship of the room, it's details and the contraptions to find your way out.

We've been to a few puzzle rooms now and this one really stands out. The decor, the story, the creativity that went into the challenges is really inspired. I loved that it was truly difficult at times (although I'm not sure if I'd say the same if we hadn't júst made it..). I noticed a review here complaining about a 'lack of logic' to the quests and even though it's a bit junior of me, all I can say is 'awww shucks'. Everything's wildly connected here and indeed nothing is spelled out for you. If you're stuck, it's not the game and it's not the host; it's you. We were thrilled every time something clicked with us, even (and especially) after reaching that point of desperation, when you think you've run out of clues. In short; can't wait for their next room and this one is highly recommend!

4 of just completed the architect at Sherlocked. We had a blast. It's a well thought out, interesting and very clever game. Lots of fun and interactive puzzles coupled with a great location and fun game master. We'll be back to give the other game a go. Well done to the guys at sherlocked. "We're fans"! See you soon! We played the vault yesterday. A great experience! You will get pulled in to the story and while playing the caracter for real you have to try and escape. I want to say a lot but believe me it will not do justice to the real experience so just enjoy the ride!

I visited "The Architect" and I think this is a highly recommendable experience for people of all ages: discover the secret of the architect of this building and follow all the hints you find. This is an experience for all your senses: eyes, smell, auditive signals, connecting the dots and act within great team spirit! Definitely worth a visit, don`t forget to put this on your "Must-do list" when you plan to visit Amsterdam!
