What People Say About Sherlocked Escape Rooms in Amsterdam

Second time we try an escape room and it's getting addictive! Our expectations were high after reading the great reviews, however, this experience top them up. We booked The Architect as it is recommended for two, we found it fun, intriguing, puzzling and we didn't quite expected what we went through! Thanks to the hostess that was kind and set the atmosphere perfectly for the game. We received some nudges (fabulous way to call for attention without actually giving away any clue) and very subtle hints. Despite thinking that we wouldn't manage to get out in time, we did! and proudly with 10 min spare time :) This room is great, very well thought and designed. The hostess was friendly and welcoming. I recommend trying this if you, like us, love puzzles.

Great experience from beginning to the end. You feel like a real Sherlock Holmes trying to solve the mystery. Would definitely recommend this for everybody who can spare 1,5 hours!

We were astounded with our experience at Sherlocked. The whole event is so emersive and beautifully presented. Much better than the escape rooms I have tried in the UK or Prague. This one will be hard to beat. The staff are fantastic. The setting is beautiful. The puzzles are tricky but solvable and a lot of fun. We did the Vault, and by 'did', I mean failed, but still thoroughly enjoying the experience. If we were in Amsterdam for an extra day, we would have definitely gone back. I've already told many friends at home that we need to arrange a trip to Amsterdam specifically for this escape room. I honestly can't praise this experience enough.

We went to Sherlocked and did the Architect with a group of 5. The scenery and the setting of the whole escape room is unique. It does not feel like a conventional escape room, because the interior is build up with so much attention to details. From minute one on you feel part of the provided world/story. The tasks are perfectly structured and the difficulty was perfect for us. The riddles to solve cover a wide variety and are suprisingly at some point. I highly recommend this place! We loved our stay and plan to break into the Vault next time.

Recently went for the midnight experience at Sherlocked with a group of 6 and thoroughly enjoyed it. Some of the intricacies of the room were quite amazing, the story behind it was great fun and the hints were very clever. The creators clearly took a lot of care making it a unique experience so we had a fantastic time. As a sidenote, you do not need to speak to Dutch to be able to go to Sherlocked. Absolutely recommend it!!

The staff were really nice, but at one point, we were stuck. They gave us hints that led us to something we already found. They weren't paying attention I guess. Kind of disappointing. Not to mention that we were going at a speed that wasn't as fast as possible or panicky because we knew that we had 12 minutes left, but just then, the operator person called and said sorry your time is up. ???!?!! They said that "sometimes" the clock resets itself... Thanks for the heads up! It was really fun and would do another escape room again. Glad we did it, but too bad we were misled.

I absolutely loved it. It was the first time that i did an escape room and didnt really know what to expect. The people working there are always staying in character and made it very easy for us to get into character as well. Must say the location is incredible as well. All in all I am happy that we did it!!! When in Amsterdam, you should check it out

We have been to many escape rooms, but none come even close to this. The storyline. The actors. The design and the riddles. All perfectly join together for an amazing experience. Definitely, a must visit when in Amsterdam.
