What People Say About Sherlocked Escape Rooms in Amsterdam

This was my first escape room experience ever, and I was very sceptical at first because I'm not usually a big fan of riddles and puzzles. But this turned out to be really fun! The location was amazing, and really got you into the mood. I felt very adventurous ;-) The friends I went with are "Escape room experts", one of them has done no less than 8 different escape rooms. They said the "Architect" (the other escape room by Sherlocked) was their number 1 out of all escape rooms they had done. They said they liked the riddles better, compared to the Vault (the one I went to with them), because they found them more challenging. But they all agreed that the Vault had the best location, and that it was one of the best escape rooms they had done. Also, I should say that we only just made it at the Vault and only because we got a few tips when we got stuck, so don't think it was too easy ;-) Anyway, I guess I am hooked now, and I will try the Architect escape room, too :-)

Did The Vault yesterday with a group of 5, what an experience! Had done The Architect previously so I had high expectations, which The Vault went over and beyond. I can't say too much about it as a lot of fun comes from unexpected action and puzzle sequences. There is a lof of attention to detail and the atmosphere and location are just perfect. Highly recommended.

I absolutely loved it. It was the first time that i did an escape room and didnt really know what to expect. The people working there are always staying in character and make it very easy for us to get into character as well. Must say the location is incredible as well. All in all I am happy that we did it!!! When in Amsterdam, you should check it out

I really got into the game from the start, I felt like in a movie. I was always asking myself “is this for real or is this part of the game?”. You get your mission, you go places to find clues, etc… (I won’t spoil the game). You’ll have to be smart and inventive with the all team in order to get to the end of the mission. I highly recommend it!

Just played both rooms. What can I say. Wow. From start to finish excellent. Fantastic game masters. It was so much fun. Thank you for a great experience.

We could not recommend ‘The Vault’ experience any more highly. From the initial intrigue and excitement leading up to the ‘mission’, to the moment the experience begins, there is an unparalleled sense of immersion. Through a series of puzzles, challenges and role-playing we were captivated and brought into another world. Sherlocked has spared no attentional to detail and the calibre of acting, venue and production all come together to solidify this as one of the best experiences out there - not to be missed!

Just do it :) really fun!! Go with some friends/family. If you like those games, you would really enjoy it!!

We've played a few Escape rooms in the UK but Sherlocked topped them all - We played the Architect's Room & the set design is amazing - Using the Beurs van Berlage building as it's backdrop meant that the game had a feeling of authenticity other rooms have lacked. We managed to escape but the variety and ambience of the puzzle solving really clinched it for me - an must-play if you're ever in Amsterdam.

Great escape room experience although The Vault is not an escape but rather a break-in. Human and sneaky interaction required! High quality, if you like escape rooms, don't miss this one.
