What People Say About Sherlocked Escape Rooms in Amsterdam

This has to be one of the most intricate and inventive escape rooms I've been to. The tasks are original, the atmosphere compelling, and the experience immersive. Kudos to the creators!

The Alchemist is the best escape room I’ve ever done in my life, and I’ve done a lot. My friend and I took a trip to Amsterdam, and we knew we had to take the opportunity to visit Sherlocked. We felt like we were in a movie. The puzzles were fun, just the right amount of challenging, and made sense with the story. And speaking of the story- what an immersive, engaging, and beautiful experience. I’ve never been so swept away by every element of an escape room and it had me completely captivated from start to finish. The quality, the craftsmanship, the creativity- bravo! I only wish I could afford to travel the world more often so I could try all of the other rooms here.

Very cool, logic needed!

Definitely would not recommend this place. I've heard that customer service for this room sucks, but I could not imagine how bad it really is. When we've just arrived we noticed that we should call or text some guy who opens the door. After having a few calls and messages unanswered, the guy appeared in hurry to let us in. It was 20 minutes wasted in the cold. During the game my teammate got in emergency situation with his health, we tried to signal the operator but it was useless. He was unreachable. Horrible! Once the time passed we were told - that's all and we should quit. Nevertheless that we asked for final solution (having passed 95% of the quest) - they declined to give us neither time nor solution and asked for payment for the next session (start over). Me and my team are doing quests and escape rooms over the world and it's the first time that we are having such a terrible service. Demanded payment for 2nd hour of the quest, declined to help in emergency situation, made us wait in the cold outside for 20 minutes... The worst experience ever.

My family and I did the Sherlocked Vault experience and it was actually incredible! This was our first 'escape room' and hopefully not our last given the outstanding experience we had. Everything seemed so realistic and had your adrenaline pumping to work out the clues. It honestly felt like we were in a spy/heist movie.

Our group of 4 did Sherlocked on June 10 before heading to the airport to head back to the U.S. It was a ton of fun trying to solve the mystery. Well worth the money. The 1 hour flew by. Looking for something different and love solving puzzles, mysteries then this is for you.

Starting with a mysterious briefcase, and a walkie talkie, you are taken on an amazing break in, needing brains and nimbleness to defeat the puzzles, open the safe, and then have some fast thinking at the end. We did The Vault, with a group of 4, and won it! It was amazing, perfect location, great scenes, great rooms and puzzles! Would highly recommend to anybody!

After (successfully) solving The Vault, I have to say my escape room bar way too high! What an incredible series of twists, turns, and heart racing moments. Can’t wait to play whatever they come up with next… ✨

We were bored in Amsterdam and we were looking for things to do. We went to try this mysterious experience at the Sherlocked. Turned out to be one of the sickest experiences i had so far. I just wanted to recommend this to everyone really. So much fun.
