We chose The Architect as our challenge and it was absolutely brilliant fun. The challenge lasts 1 hour and even gaining entry to the building sets your heart racing. Once inside you check any bags, phones etc in to a special locker and then you are shown downstairs. There you are given the "history" to the mystery which sets the scene and was told in such a way that it was totally believable. I won't spoil the experience for people by telling you what you have to do but suffice to say you must undertake some challenges and solve some puzzles to reach a satisfactory conclusion. There is some help, if you need it, via a phone which rings in your room. The effects are very clever and well executed and you need to have your wits about you. Expect the unexpected. The hour absolutely flew in and was exciting. We enjoyed it so much that we are going to try other venues.

We were 8 friends that booked the two rooms available, and we loved the game, the difficulty, the set up and the service. You get very good information the days in advance and also the possibilty to play a virtual room through an app. Loved it!

I have played a number of escape rooms and this one tops them all! The build of the rooms, the amazing architecture, a cohesive and provocative storyline, and amazing tasks connect each piece of the experience into a wonderful and memorable time. From the time you sign up you feel like you are in the game. From an "experience design" standpoint, it's one of the most finely executed experiences I have had the opportunity to participate in.

With were amazed by the new attraction Alchimiste! The kids loved it. Even for french kids, the English translation was perfect for us to fully understand and enjoy. ThaNks a lot

We did not enjoy "The Architect room".

We played "the Vault" and it was a lot of fun. I just love the beginning. It was something i experienced just two times before (Out of about 120 rooms) and not as cool at it is done here. So be exited! Also our gamemaster was really great and we managed the rooms with about 10 minutes left. It was a great experience. I just wish there would be even more riddles. We visited here with our daughters age 11 and 14. The building is full of history and is very atmospheric. Our guide was great and explained the story behind the room we entered. Won't say anything about the room except that we worked as a team and cracked it! We've talked of nothing else since!! A really good family experience, everyone can contribute regardless of age or puzzle ability.

My husband and I run our own escape room in Ireland, and we often go and play other games because we love these games so much. Many times we are let down by unoriginal, pointless puzzles that are more like a lame scavenger hunt without any logic or problem solving. We went to Sherlocked in November with some family members and played The Architect and were absolutely blown away by the quality of the puzzles, the layout of the room, the friendly and professional staff, and the excitement we felt towards the end as we were so close to escaping! I'm a harsh critic of escape games and as I said am usually unimpressed. I will be recommending this game to everyone I meet that makes a trip to A'dam. My hats off to the creators of the game, the staff, and everyone involved in this great activity. You deserve all of your 5 star reviews, and more.
