What People Say About Sherlocked Escape Rooms in Amsterdam

Having loved "the architect " we were excited to try the new room. What starts out great quickly turns in to disappointment when inside. There's not a nice flow between puzzles and the instructions are being given by a walkietalkie which is often not easy to understand. This game is clearly still in beta phase but even if they solve the bugs the puzzles still came over as uninspired to us. Sherlocked the architect is still one of the best I've ever played but for now you should skip the vault.

Being from the US we don’t have any escape rooms as extravagant as this one. The craftsmanship and creativity was unparalleled. A lovely experience if you have the capability to bring 3 other people with you to Amsterdam to participate in this room. Samuel was a great GM who let you try to solve the puzzle but would give you the right level of hints when you needed them to proceed to the next puzzle.

We did not enjoy "The Architect room".

Two weeks ago me and two friends went in the room. Actually I thought that these kind of games weren't really my thing. But when I arrived at Sherlocked and that nice young lady took us to the basement of 'De Beurs van Berlage' I was immediately sold! What a beautiful room, what a fantastic atmosphere! It all felt extremely real! We all got really excited during the game and all my senses opened up. After the game I felt so much energy and happiness, probably because me and my friends had felt so much 'togetherness' while playing, that the continuation of the evening was great too!! Oh and btw: funny thing is we didn't even made it until the end, still it was so much fun and there were anyway so much discoveries to be amazed about!

Today I went to Sherlocked with my friends. Our preference went to the break-in room so we decided to go with that. It was one of the funniest experiences of my life. Not being prepared, nor knowing what to expect, we went in for a complete surprise. This forced the four of us to work together and efficiently use our minds. At first we were a bit flabbergasted, but after some time we totally got into our roles. I would recommand Sherlocked and their break-in room to anyone that likes a challenge and/ or unique experiences!!!

From the creators of 'the Architect' the bar was raised very high, however we weren't disappointed. Very wel set up, sometimes very difficult and without team effort, logic thinking it is impossible to succeed. We absolutely loved it! Highly recommended!

This activity was a lot of fun - enough legitimate history mixed with a little fiction, and definitely challenging. Our team didn't finish/solve the room, but we still had a great time and left having enjoyed the time there. Definitely a place I would visit, again.

Hi, after Shopping and sight seeing in Amsterdam, Sherlocked was the final piont on our Agenda. And it was the highlite of the trip , for us a family of four. After the friendly welcome and introduction, we were locked in the old and historic surrounding of H.P Berlage. ... and then the clock started to tick ... Unfortunaltely against us, because we missed the final clue. Nevertheless on the way back home we had a lot of hilarious "what if" duscussion and tons of adrenaline. For sure this was not the last escape room for us. For other families: the Kids will love it. It is mysterious, thrilling, not spooky and not scary. Any member of any age - in my opinion above 10 - will be part of the game. The advices came in English, but language was not an issue and no reason for missing the last secret. Have fun and go for it!!

After failing The vault a few years ago, we got the opportunity to try again today, after a group had cancelled and there was a spot left. This time we had to do The vault with just the two of us. We had some difficulties with talking ourselves in (tip: prepare your story when you walk to the gallery). It was a though one again, but we managed to finish the room successfully! Even when playing again, we liked the story and we felt the excitement of breaking in again! Definitely recommend this escaperoom. Thanks Sherlocked, for letting us fill in the free spot!

We had a wonderfull time at the Escape room The Vault. It was very difficult, but even though we did not complete it, we still felt excited afterwards. Very nice service as well.
