The ironic part is that we had a hard time finding the entrance. Once we were inside no one was there so we thought this still wasn't it, but later someone arrived. We had to put our phones and stuff like coats/bags away. Then we got a short story introduction and went into the room. Of course I won't spoil anything, and I am glad I didn't read any spoilers online either! We did The Architect. It was really fun! We managed to complete the challenge and recieved a pin as a reward! We also got a discount voucher for The Vault. The host also took a photo of us which he later sent to us by email, and I asked hin to take a phone with my phone too, which he was willing to do so. I really recommend this escape room! Our group consisted of 5 people (min. 2, max. 6) but I am glad we were with this many since it might have been too hard for us with 2 or 3.

Well organised in advance. Great set up on the day. Staff were excellent actors and overcame my idiocy very easily. Really clever challenges which all family members (40 something, 14,12 and 8) contributed to. Thanks. Might have to do another one of these.

This is by far the most elaborate and well designed escape room I’ve ever been to. The game starts even before you arrive and the thrill is just wild! With extreme effects, rooms and props you truly feel you are part of the game. This escape room is well engineered and is worth every penny, and the host is extremely welcoming and fun. Would recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

We are a team of 4 who have done most of the escape rooms in London and decided to give one a go when we were on holiday in Amsterdam. We booked the Vault. It was honestly the best escape room we've ever done - even in the lead up to the event, the communications and information they send you all shows an experience that has been carefully thought out and considered. This really sets the scene for what turned out to be an exhilarating, exciting, immersive and enjoyable experience. Before you even get into the Vault itself, the parts leading up to it are inventive and fun, and make you feel like you're really part of the experience. The puzzles in the room are challenging, varied and interesting - plenty to keep you on your toes! My best advice would be to throw yourself into it from the start and play along with everything as it makes the experience even more fun. Can't recommend highly enough - will definitely be back to try the other room soon. Thanks for a great experience!

By far the best escape room I have done. It has the full package and is really challenging. It's amazing how much time and money they have spent into this unforgettable room.

Did the Architect level with 5 friends of whom 3 had never tried a live escape room before. Everyone was amazed by the amount of detail and role playing that went into this. Really fun and challenging puzzles that will require some great teamwork and will offer lots of laughs. 10/10 would do again!

We played the Vault. It was hands down to very best escape room I have ever done! The experience is more story based than puzzle based. You feel like you are in a real heist! The puzzles are pretty linear, but the race against time is a real challenge. I would and will definitely be back!!!

Our stay in Amsterdam was extended for a few days, we didnt know what to do so we decided to try this escape room thing!. We checked for the best one and we found Sherlocked. Which turned out to be one of the best experiences i have ever had. This thing is so much fun and worth it, I would recommend this to everyone really. Staff very friendly also.

The Alchemist is our best escape room experience so far! It has a stunning atmosphere, great decorations, unique and fun puzzles, and a quirky but beautiful story. If you try only one escape room in Amsterdam, this should be it. The Vault feels like a real break-in with tense action and fun acting, and with a very modern look. Remember to have your story straight before you enter. The Architect is a more traditional escape room, but definitely a beauty among its kind. The room has a great look, and the puzzles are well-thought out.
