Quite tricky puzzles and hard to finish, but a fantastic experience. Game start was the best. Also very nice staff. Definitely recommend it!

I have done other escape rooms in the past but this one is most amazing one yet. The game from the start after you book it gets you excited and in the zone. This room in particular was very hard and requires a-lot of time hence it was an hour and 20 minutes instead of one hour. Although we could’t finish it on time, it was a really fun time there and we enjoyed the game very much. I would definitely recommend it!

I’ve lived in Amsterdam for two years and just now heard about this place. I took my husband for his birthday (and a few friends) to escape The Vault. Everything was incredible, from start to finish. The adventure really does begin right away and is so outside the box, it’s truly incredible. The suspense is great, the actors are sooo good and believable...it’s honestly a true adventure. We were all so impressed, we talked about it for HOURS afterwords. Thank you Sherlocked for an unforgettable birthday :) Ps-one thing I love about this escape room is that you MUST work as a team. No one ever gets excluded, even if there are others who are really “good” at escaping. It was absolutely lovely.

Amazing with chilling puzzles and tremendously great acting

This was our first escape room and we are delighted to have gone! The staff were very attentive. The location is very close to central station and easy to find. The experience was thrilling but not scary at all; and very engaging. We did manage to escape just barely within the hour. It was easy enough for two people to do. Can't wait to do another one!

I’m used to play escape room in Brazil and since I was in Amsterdam for holidays, I wanted to check how was the rooms here. It didn’t start well with me ringing the bell and no one answering it. It was cold and rainy and only after 15 minutes, someone opened the door and simply said... I heard someone ringing but we were busy!! C’mon... this is not how you supposed to treat a customer! We played “the architect” and the game master was supposed to give us hints.... even that we were stuck, no hints arrived. Good part is that they gave extra time and we were able to leave the room. Another “different” behavior from the escape rooms that I’m used is that she was “surprised” that we wanted to take a picture of the team!!!

The building and setup of the escape room are excellent - great venue. We were a little late for the room and staff were very accommodating. We are fairly experienced with escape rooms having completed more than 10 if them around Europe so had a good idea of what to expect. However we got very obviously stuck twice and felt it took too long to get a hint from the moderator which left us feeling quite frustrated. We felt the price was a bit excessive. We thought the main room itself was too big and the game would have worked better in a smaller space. Having said that, the props and feel of the space are excellent and there are some very original and lateral thinking puzzles.

Participated with a good group of friends in what was personally my first escape room experience here with Sherlocked, and I was very positively surprised. The setting, staff and storyline grab you from the moment you walk in, and the puzzles are clever and satisfying. Expect many "Eureka" moments :) Can highly recommend this to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience w a group of puzzle-minded (Zelda-fan) friends!

Really great! Not super dificult to get out

Three of us did the Architect and loved it even though we didn't escape - we were close! The host was great and his introduction was delivered with good atmosphere. It was cleverly devised game with plenty of surprises. No spoilers. Definitely recommend it
