If your visiting Amsterdam, don't leave without doing the vault. It was hands down the best escape room I've ever done. It was so exciting. It had all the best elements. Do this, don't miss out!

Yep, first time escape roomer, forgive me. But, as a group we had so much fun doing this, it was exciting, brain challenging and really enjoyable to see the strengths and talents of our group. Overseer was engaged and helpful and we sooooo nearly nearly, maybe, got there... go! It was great!

We had a blast! I was contact last minute that a centerpiece of the room unfortunately broke (the day before) and that it won't work when we would be in the room. We still decided to still do it and were given a generous discount aaaand - loved the experience! Would definitely recommend anyone who visits Amsterdam to try the room - one of a kind experience.

I was visiting Amsterdam with some friends and it was a fun way to learn a bit about the city's mysterious history. Most of all, the room is really well made and challenging as well as exciting in many ways. Don't miss it!

** Edited ** Admittedly I did not enjoy my experience in this escape room from beginning to end, and left very disappointed. However I came to learn how much the people responsible for this place care about their customers when I saw how much effort they put in contacting me and enquiring about my experience. They explained the reasons things didn't go to plan that day and made sure I was compensated for my bad experience.

Zaterdag 5 december een poging gedaan om de kluis te kraken. Voor je het pand in bent al hilarische momenten, wat zit dat goed in elkaar en wat hebben we gelachen en onze hersens laten werken. Wat een geweldige locatie om dit spel te kunnen spelen en we baalde echt dat de tijd zo snel ging, we komen zeker nog een keer terug om in ieder geval de andere kamer te ontdekken en wie weet gaan we nog wel een keer proberen om tot het eind te komen! Team Sherlocked, Wat een wereld baan hebben jullie :) (y)

Well organised in advance. Great set up on the day. Staff were excellent actors and overcame my idiocy very easily. Really clever challenges which all family members (40 something, 14,12 and 8) contributed to. Thanks. Might have to do another one of these.

My partner and I had a great time in this unique and highly immersive escape room. The staff were great and equally excited that we escaped! We now want to come back to the do The Vault.
