What People Say About Sherlocked Escape Rooms in Amsterdam

We did the architect, and it was not one of my best escaperoom experiences. We were stuck on some steps, and the hints we needed were useless. One of the hints was to look better.. we looked for 15 minutes and that was all we got. Also the sound of the music we needed to hear was so soft we had to keep replaying before we coud hear a hint, and the helper her english was difficult to understand when she gave a hint, and soft to hear. Most exciting escape room ever. From the moment I came in to the moment we left, it really felt involving. 10/10 would recommend!

At a very beautiful location there is a very fun escape room, full with surpises and challenges. This is the most fun escape room i have done so far. RECOMMENDED, you will not regret at all!

This was our first escape room experience and it was better than I ever expected! Lots of fun and completely different to anything I've ever done before! Would love to go back to Amsterdam because it's such a beautiful city and if I ever got the chance to come back I would definitely book 'The Vault' experience as I know it would be just as good if not better! I would definitely recommend 'The Architect' to anyone wanting to have a bit of craic and do something different :)

The Port Game was helaas de grootste teleurstelling van alle Escape Room varianten die tot nu toe gespeeld heb. Hoewel het concept aansprak – een langer spel van 2,5uur met behulp navigatie via een iPad – bleek dit in de praktijk heel anders uit te pakken. Het spel begon later, had een lange uitleg, en werd gevolgd door slechts een uur aan speeltijd. Hierdoor speel je zelf slechts de helft van het spel want zodra andere teams de andere spellen oplossen hoef jij deze niet meer te doen. De spellen zelf zou ik net een voldoende geven maar de werkelijke speeltijd met de fors hogere prijs maakte dit tot een teleurstelling.

Made me fall in love with escape rooms all over again. I did The Alchemist with a group of three. That was one of the best designed escape rooms I have ever done, hands down. There are certain moments and surprises that totally immerse you into the mission and the various tasks at hand. Staff were engaged in the story and remained in character at all times during the puzzle. Due to a late start of our own fault, there was a timely placed clue at one point by the staff that unblocked our progress (but we did the rest on our own ). You don't have to be some genius to figure it out, but it does take patience and focus. The ending was fantastic! I am honestly so impressed with The Alchemist. Some of my colleagues turned down our evening plan due to mediocre escape rooms in the past, but this was so beyond expectation. They missed out! A great team activity to do together in Amsterdam that requires creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking under some pressure!

If you love escape rooms Sherlocked is the one to visit. We tried the Vault and The Architect and we couldn't believe how much fun that was.

These people make the best escape rooms in Amsterdam, in the Netherlands, and probably even beyond. I love both the Vault and the Architect!
