For sure this has been the first of the escape rooms I'll be doing. Amazing adventure and one of the best thing to do in a rainy day, as it happens often in Amsterdam. I strongly sudgest to give it a try!

This is absolutely amazing, a masterpiece! What an amazing experience! Thoughtful, exciting, fun, and lot of Eureka moments. Nicely instructed too, well as much as needed. You have to escape on your own in 90 minutes. Whether you are a tourist in Amsterdam or want a corporate team outing, this should absolutely be on your list. stars, loved it.

After a somewhat disappointing first escape room experience I could not wait for a (hopefully) better experience which I definitely found here in the heart of Amsterdam at Sherlocked. We did The Architect with four people and, with four minutes left, escaped just in time. I really loved the venue which gave the escape room an authentic and mysterious feel. The host was welcoming and helpful. The interior of the room and the puzzles were very well-thought-out: everything matched perfectly together and looked as if it really belonged in that room. The puzzles were challenging but not too hard I think. Since I don’t want to spoil too much, I’ll just give you this: There is more than meets the eye in this escape room.

This was defenitely the best escape room experience I ever had. Complex puzzles, scary effects, secret chambers, everything was there. Brilliant experience. We had so much fun with our team.

Team High Five almost cracked the safe. This escaperoom is highly recommended. Great crew and top location in the center of Amsterdam. We really loved the rooms where we played in. Great difference in all the secret rooms and nice little details. The storyline is awesome. We didn’t make it till the end unfortunately, but we really enjoyed it. Highly recommended! — With barely any experience of escape rooms (I'd been to only one prior), I curiously and confidently stepped inside Sherlocked's "The Alchemist" close to midnight for a late night session. I was blown away by the production value, puzzles and involvement that went into building it. I wasn't exactly sure what to expect, but I definitely experienced a sense of wonder and delight as I worked with my team (my girlfriend and three other strangers) to figure out every piece of this puzzle. If you have a few hours in Amsterdam, consider booking a session. Additional bonus was the great location—an easy to find & beautiful old stocks building in the heart of the city.
