We arrived to sherlocked on our first trip to Amsterdam not knowing what to expect. Right from the start, we were intrigued and trying to search for hidden clues. Our host was wonderful and gave us a mysterious introduction to the room. Once in there, we were utterly absorbed in hunting for clues and tying to get ourselves out. It was so cleverly done and there were lots of surprises that kept us all on our toes. We were thrilled when we managed to get out and now can't wait to try another escape room soon. Thanks for a great experience!

These guys were awesome. They stayed in character the whole time. The puzzles were not easy either, but the staff was so on point with the role playing and acting. We had so much fun. A+ experience.

Such a cool experience! Great ambiance, exciting storyline and challenging tasks. Wish we could do it all over again!

We had the pleasure of tackling The Architect tonight and give it our highest recommendation for all, but we will focus our comments towards other families with kids/teens. Our children are ages 9, 11, and 13yrs and we had done one "escape room" prior to this (the previous experience was helpful, but by no means necessary to enjoy this activity). The Architect adventure is exciting, challenging and surprising in numerous ways that reflect great creativity and originality. Everyone in our family was able to contribute and was entirely immersed in the experience. We would suggest that there be at least 2 adults for an adventure like this and definitely it is necessary that some of the kids are somewhat older (12yrs and above) so they can be more involved in puzzle solving. That said, younger children provide their unique perspective - and good ears and eyes that can sometimes be key to finding or solving something that adults struggle with. This is a fantastic way to spend time together as a family. It requires true teamwork and cooperation. Siblings need to support and listen to one another in order to be successful...and are thrilled by the fruits of their joint efforts! We hope others have as much fun as we did.

The alchemist was amazing !!

Our group of four friends did the 'vault' on a Friday evening and it was great fun! We were all new to escape rooms but found it really enjoyable, we got to grips with things quickly and all enjoyed trying to crack to code. We didn't manage to break in, but we all agreed it was fun trying and we would do it again. Great operation in place resulting in a great experience hosted by great staff. Go try it.

When I was a kid growing up in the 90s I was entranced by the video game MYST. With its beautiful sound design and ambient puzzle worlds, it was an amazing alternative to other computer games of its time. Fast forward to 2015 where an ingenious team has put together Sherlocked – a delightful experience in which puzzles are embedded in the physical artifacts and architecture of an elegant and mysterious confined space. The main difference, aside from digital/analog? Time. The clock ticks down just over an hour until you and your teammates can escape the mysterious chambers. In fact our team failed to solve the mystery – we got very very close! – but we still had an awesome time.

I had a group of 6 and between us we'd done a few escape rooms - sherlocked was easily the best one we've done. Its imaginative and great fun - our hour (well just under!) flew by.

Well organised in advance. Great set up on the day. Staff were excellent actors and overcame my idiocy very easily. Really clever challenges which all family members (40 something, 14,12 and 8) contributed to. Thanks. Might have to do another one of these.
