I've been to Sherlock with a group of colleague's and it was a great experience! The room is set up well, has a few scares and the host was great. Would recommend to everyone!

Neither of us had ever done an escape room and literally trusted the trip advisor reviews by just going for it without any idea of what to expect. Could not have been a better decision - it has easily been the most exciting part of our trip. It is all done to the highest quality - our host was very friendly, setting/props were truly believable and most importantly, we were 100% engaged with it for an hour. Thoroughly recommend if you like a mystery/challenge and have never tried this as it seems from reviews that this is one of the best escape rooms anywhere in the world and we would certainly agree! We were lucky enough to carry out both The Vault and The Architect during our recent visit to Amsterdam. The Vault is quite simply the best escape room I have ever had the joy of taking part in. From start to finish, it was so immersive that even at the end I wasn't sure it was actually over! The venue is simply breathtaking, the design and puzzles are like a film production and the games masters are fantastic. The Architect was also an amazing experience which was very well designed and produced. The puzzles were great and there was lots of twists and turns that encouraged teamwork and communication. If you are in Amsterdam, you need to visit Sherlocked. It really doesn't matter if you are a well-seasoned escapee or new to the experience. It is mind blowing what they have created here and needs to be experienced to be believed.

We are a family of 5 with older kids and we did The Vault. This was our first escape game so we didn't really know what to expect. However, we were intrigued and captivated from the moment of the email a few days before to the finish of the game an hour and a half after starting. It was brilliant fun and a memorable birthday treat for my son. It's described as "challenging" which is fair, but not impossible! We didn't complete it but came very close and loved the challenge. The staff are great and it's very well done throughout. Obviously, I can't give much away, but the idea is you're "breaking in" rather than trying to escape and there's lots of twists and turns along the way. I'd highly recommend this for adults or families with teenage kids. Brilliant!

After over 500 rooms, I have a new favorite game - Sherlocked's The Alchemist. The set design, technology, and special effects, are all woven together to create an experience that is designed to inspire wonder. If I was rating the room on puzzles alone, it would already be an above-average escape room. They are a nice medium level of difficulty -- non-trivial, but not so complex as to be tedious or frustrating. We solved them as a team of 2 players without issue. Many of the solutions result in very satisfying payoffs, and are well integrated into the story. I was practically in tears at the beauty of the finale. The Alchemist stands head and shoulders over the hundreds of other games I've played all around the world.

Alles klopt waardoor je je volledig laat meeslepen; de spannende start, de sterke acteurs/host, de prachtige locatie en variatie in puzzels. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd en de dynamiek is volledig op maat, afhankelijk van hoe je als team opereert en reageert. Dit maakt het echt een spannende ervaring. De ruimtes zijn sfeervol ingericht, passend bij het thema en de locatie. Als je op zoek bent naar een indrukwekkende beleving ben je bij The Vault / Sherlocked aan het goede adres!

I HAD SOO MUCH FUN. The staff were amazing and completely immersed us into the scene straight away. The group element and cooperation made it an experience that I will never forget and it also made me realize that the woman by my side is my one true love!! So much awesome!!

By far the best escape room I've ever been to! It's definitely not your typical escape game. The game is so elaborate and the props are so well made. The staff are friendly and fun. Definitely recommend this!!

Had a brilliant experience at Sherlocked. Me and my friends played the escaperoom named "The Vault". You can play it in Dutch or in English! I'm not gonna spoil the escape room but I loved it. The workers at Sherlocked are really into their roll, they play their part during the whole escaperoom. Most of the escaperooms are kinda borig, you're just in a room and you have to open up a lock. But here it's a whole storyline about opening a vault. You have to go through seperate rooms and you start at a parking lot a bit away from the escape room. If you enjoy a mysterious, difficult and thrilling escape room... then this is the place to be.
