A complete spur of the moment decision to go, have never done anything like this before but the whole family enjoy puzzles. It far exceeded my expectations, enough of a challenge to be really rewarding when you solved bits - but enough help given to avoid frustration. We had a slight problem with a booking not being registered (we booked at short notice and I suggest you book at least the day before) but this was dealt with in a really friendly and professional way. Go! Enjoy! I just wish there were more people I could talk to about what's inside!

Me and my friends went to Sherlocked this month and I'm out of words. Best experience of my life. It was intense and full of suprises. Nothing ever is what it seems. My advice: GO AND NEVER LEAVE! If I do go back to Amsterdam is to just get on a plane, land and go straight to Sherlocked to try the other experience. LOVED IT!!!!

Very nice Escape Room! All in English so good for international people. The guide Gunner was really amazing and truely had passion for the story. Very good experience. We were a group of 4 but also can do it with 3. 100% recommend! (Good luck!)

Collectively, my friends and I have done a number of escape rooms and the vault hands down topped them all! From the moment you book, the attention to detail and immersion in the story is engaging and very impressive. We felt the help was not invasive at all, which can be the case with some companies, but blended well with the story - some brilliant acting! If you've not done anything like this before we'd recommend trying some other rooms first so you have a feel for the types of tasks you'll be up against. That way you can give this your best shot as it is a more challenging escape. Over the moon to have completed it! Best attraction I've ever been to, and can't wait to do their other room!

I went with a group of 4 total to do The Vault and we all loved it. I was quite nervous about the experience after receiving the pre-break in information, but once the experience began it became so immersive immediately that all my nerves about it were translated into other emotions (excitement, adrenaline, nerve-wracking...). There has clearly been so much work put into and it is unlike any other escape room I have done. The staff members contribute well with their great acting and they really feel part of the scenario. The actual room is amazing, really well made (although I appreciate some of its charm is due to it being an actual original vault under the city) to seem authentic. It is challenging, with a good variety of challenges (problem-solving, organisation, communication, even physical!) which keeps the whole team involved. The staff do give hints but I think their level of involvement was appropriate. We didn’t manage to break in. My only bug bear was that this was partly due to part of the Vault being difficult to open, as it is part of the original structure, but I also understand this is important for the authenticity so I don’t really mind. Would 100% recommend as must-do in Amsterdam.

Exciting till the last seconds...first time...not the last! They will open a new room this spring, but I'm not sure it'll be at this location. Top location. Excellent activity to do with friends and/or children. The guy who welcomed us was a bit mysterious too which made the experience complete. We want to be locked again for sure!

This is my favourite escape room until now. It is a very fun experience. Everything is done to immerse you in the story and escape adventure. The puzzles are not overly complicated, but they really require working together, and there are different dynamics to each parts of the journey. Everyone will find something they can help with. It was a lot of joy cracking this one with my team!
