What People Say About Sherlocked Escape Rooms in Amsterdam

I did this escape room with my scout group around 7 or 8 years ago and I still suggest it to people who are thinking about travelling to Amsterdam! Such an incredible experience, it's definitely a core memory.

We booked the 'architect' escape room on a Saturday evening. Very nice atmosphere, great setting in the beautiful Beurs van Berlage building. The room, riddles and puzzles were very challenging, but we managed to get out in 45 minutes. Pretty quick, and all six of us are proud of it! We will come back to try out the Vault, the new escape room which just opened a week ago!

We had a little malfunction at the end, despite that we had a great time and the host was so great that we didn't even mind! We were also offered a small compensation. For the rest they are number 1 experience, I wish for more rooms!

I booked this activity for a group of 4 whilst on a lads break in Amsterdam. As this was the first time for doing such an activity we don't know what to expect. At the beginning we were given a back story to the room puzzle, after that we were locked in a room of well thought out challenges to solve to escape the room. Not to spoil anyone's experience I will just say the challenges require team work, thinking and all of your sensors. If you are lucking to do something fun and different in Amsterdam I would fully recommend this activity ran by very enthusiastic and friendly staff.

The best escape I have been to in a while. The concept is amazing and the adrenaline rush was real. We couldn’t stop talking about it after we finished it. It was a bit different than other typical escape rooms, but 120% worth it.

Played The Architect and The Vault, both rooms were so nice to play! The Architect is easier so play that one first. Both rooms had very original puzzle elements and I really liked the logic behind the puzzles. Not 1 moment that I thought 'well that is a bit far fetched'. Everything makes good sense and the vibe in the old building adds to the story. I would definitely recommend going here!!

Most of all I liked the atmosphere of this quest. It's great that you can solve all the puzzles only if you collaborate as a team. I was happy to see how different points of view and types of thinking helped us escape the room. I absolutely loved it!. Highly recommend!
