The Vault is an experience you'll never forget. The design of the concept is very good and every aspect of the experience is carefully designed. Starting with the emails and messages you receive before actually starting the escape room, ending with great excitement up till the vert end. Beautiful location and great mix of puzzles and activities. It's really challenging and fun!

We did the sherlocked escape room game and i was extremely surprised by the way this gameplay was supported by the actors and what they let us do in this perfect located adventure game in the building "Beurs van Berlage"! A must do for fans of this kinda gamed.

Terrible experience as a customer - this escape room asked to change the time (very close to the date) which we BOOKED AND PAID ALREADY, and I couldn’t make that time so I asked to cancel for myself while other friends would still do. The reply from them is I cannot get a refund as much as I paid, since the number of participants is shorter now - which is CAUSED BY YOU. I tried to call and left a message via social media, but NO ONE REPLIED, ignoring my message while still posting stories? PLEASE treat all your customers properly and process the refund for the FULL amount for 1 person immediately. It is unacceptable to place the burden of YOUR fault on your customers. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone, there’re much better escape rooms in Amsterdam to secure your booking and treat customers properly, rather than this frustrating experience of paying more than €35.

Super fun and challenging!

We almost escaped!! Great activity to do with work colleagues or like minded friends. It does take team work and you need to be on the ball. Had a lot of laughs and much fun, felt like a kid again. We did two cases. Would have liked the option to have a beer/drink between them as we had to wait for our other group to finish before we swapped. But it was a great experience and the team managing it were a good sport.

The Alchemist escape room was incredible! It felt like we were real life in a Indiana Jones movie set - or a Dungeon and Dragons quest. It was so freaking cool. There were amazing special effects and clever puzzles. We gasped, jumped for joy, worked like a team and solved the puzzle in the nick of time.

We did "The Vault". The premise was very convincing. the actors were top notch. It was very challenging, and we were at the last hurdle when we ran out of time, but later we were told that this is one the most difficult challenges in Europe. We still loved it although we did not finish.

Most exciting escape room ever. From the moment I came in to the moment we left, it really felt involving. 10/10 would recommend!

We went to Sherlocked and did the Architect with a group of 5. The scenery and the setting of the whole escape room is unique. It does not feel like a conventional escape room, because the interior is build up with so much attention to details. From minute one on you feel part of the provided world/story. The tasks are perfectly structured and the difficulty was perfect for us. The riddles to solve cover a wide variety and are suprisingly at some point. I highly recommend this place! We loved our stay and plan to break into the Vault next time.
