What People Say About Sherlocked Escape Rooms in Amsterdam

We've done lots of escape rooms around the world by now. Alongside with one in Bangkok, this has to be the very very best. The puzzles are detailed, smart and exciting and you get to use more than one of your senses, which most rooms don't do. It's so much more than just locks and combinations - Wow. SO EXCITING! We got out 2 minutes before the end when usually we're much faster in other rooms. And the location is only a 4 minute walk from Centraal station in an amazingly beautiful building, which my guests really enjoyed. The room itself is gorgeously decorated and they probably had the best backstory I've ever heard. I would highly recommend this room, which has only been open since August I think.

I was gifted a voucher to the Alchemist escape room and it was one of the best escape rooms we have ever done (and we’ve done a lot)! AMAZING set design, logical puzzles and interesting storyline, and Alessandra was such an attentive and witty game master! LOVED every part of it ❤️

Definitely would not recommend this place. I've heard that customer service for this room sucks, but I could not imagine how bad it really is. When we've just arrived we noticed that we should call or text some guy who opens the door. After having a few calls and messages unanswered, the guy appeared in hurry to let us in. It was 20 minutes wasted in the cold. During the game my teammate got in emergency situation with his health, we tried to signal the operator but it was useless. He was unreachable. Horrible! Once the time passed we were told - that's all and we should quit. Nevertheless that we asked for final solution (having passed 95% of the quest) - they declined to give us neither time nor solution and asked for payment for the next session (start over). Me and my team are doing quests and escape rooms over the world and it's the first time that we are having such a terrible service. Demanded payment for 2nd hour of the quest, declined to help in emergency situation, made us wait in the cold outside for 20 minutes... The worst experience ever.

We visited sherlocked on our 3rd day in Amsterdam and it blew our minds. This room is full of mysterious adventures and you will def. enjoy it there. Some riddles could be harder, so i would say its average hard to play. really liked the background as well, plus the staff is very kind and friendly :)

As one of the first ones attending the Sherlocked Escape room, I can say it exceeded all expectations I had. Feeling liberated at every step in the puzzle, a feeling I only get when I win a 6 hours board game, the feeling of solving these puzzles together is so incredibly rewarding. To be active with your hands and head, together your friends... wow! I can recommend this to anyone, and I want to do more and more and more escape rooms! :D

The story and the build up to the escape room are very captivating. We were very excited to start. And then the start was awesome too, it fitted the storyline well. The actors play their parts really well and they really make the storyline come alive. The only downside of this room for us was once we came inside the room, the puzzles all need be done in order and not all puzzles can be done with the entire team. Because of this, there are moments that some teammembers are not really able to do anything.

Played the vault. Amazing experience! So many different rooms. Definitely recommend

This was amazing, I don't want to give too much away, but let's say attention to detail was amazing. And amazing pre and post room.
