Amazingly well thought-out escape room. Recommandable to everyone.

The first escape room to stump us. Unfortunately oyr little group of two were defeated. Great fun, well thought out challenging puzzles. Would love to try the other room the next time we come back.

Our group did the Vault and the Architect on two consecutive days. The Vault: Never before had we played an escape room with actors. What a difference! We had such a blast! Don't worry, they give you 90 minutes (which start when you are contacted at the meeting point) so in spite of the interaction with the actors you will have the regular amount of alone-time in the escape room. But the experience is much more story-driven than the normal search-the-room-adventure. Be prepared to be a thief and to do awesome thief stuff that you only know from the movies. And reserve some moments to marvel at the awe-inspiring location that is the Beurs van Berlage. So different to the apartment rooms most escape rooms have. But if you want to enjoy this to the fullest then get into character, interact with the actors, be prepared to talk yourself out of and into situations and don't forget to talk to your "contractor". I am still reliving the experience with more ideas on who to be, how to act and what to say. I might even do the room a second time to a) get through to the end (yes, we failed) and b) to be as relaxed and quick-witted around the actors as my husband. Big shout-out to our host Caesar: You rock! I still wish we had gotten you involved at the end to scare you-know-who with doing you-know-what. But it is a marvellous setting (again, the Beurs van Berlage), the riddles are non-repetitive and creative and it ends with the best key we ever found in an escape room. Finding the right lock for it was driving us mad and when we finally made the discovery it was exhilarating. We made it out in time and we carry our award with pride. Sherlocked, you need more escape room! ;)

Having never tried any escape room before, Me and my friends were tempted to give this place a go after reading about it's rave reviews on trip advisor. Finding this place was abit hard as it is located at the corner of the building with its view of the signage being partially blocked by the cafe beside it. We were greeted by two friendly and welcoming ladies upon entering. Before entering the escape room, we were told a story linked to the room that certainly set the mood for an adventure! The room was detailed and we were given an hour inside. I am glad to say me and my friend certainly enjoyed the experience.

Architect was an interesting room, good environment and might have been very good if everything had gone smoothly. We were probably let down by a poor GM but we got stuck on some notoriously finicky puzzles, low lighting and boring searches and the upshot was that half the group had literally nothing to do for 30 minutes.

I really enjoyed diving into this alternative reality. It is like being in a movie, only that the time goes by faster...Probably because some of the riddles were really challenging me. I wished I could have this experience every week :)

I hadn't done an escape room experience before, but two of the friends I went with had. They agreed this was better than their previous experiences. We loved the look and story of the scenario! It was challenging (we weren't successful despite a promising start) but not frustrating. The elements were interesting and varied and clever, plus the site is a cool historic building. Staff were very welcoming and engaging. I didn't book the event, but the friend who did seemed to have a very easy time.

We had a great experience with the Vault! Super fun and challenging escape room with great actors and a well made game! Would highly recommend

Wow! This was beyond what I expected. I heard it was good, but Sherlocked suprised me on so many levels. The building where it takes place; great, beautiful. The backstory; awesome, loved how it makes the game so much stronger. And then the puzzles, there were so cool and when you solve them you feel like a technical wizard. You really get sucked into game, can’t wait to do the next one!

Was a great experience. Puzzles were simple but fun. Super nice room and vibe. Easy location to get to. All in all super enjoyable!
