The Port Game was helaas de grootste teleurstelling van alle Escape Room varianten die tot nu toe gespeeld heb. Hoewel het concept aansprak – een langer spel van 2,5uur met behulp navigatie via een iPad – bleek dit in de praktijk heel anders uit te pakken. Het spel begon later, had een lange uitleg, en werd gevolgd door slechts een uur aan speeltijd. Hierdoor speel je zelf slechts de helft van het spel want zodra andere teams de andere spellen oplossen hoef jij deze niet meer te doen. De spellen zelf zou ik net een voldoende geven maar de werkelijke speeltijd met de fors hogere prijs maakte dit tot een teleurstelling.

I experienced the Vault escape adventure (escape room doesn't fit as a description) two days ago and I'm under huge impression. I tried escape rooms few times already, they were fine and interesting but I was basically cracking all the mysteries and had very goal-oriented approach. With the Vault the thing is very different! First of all the storyline is perfect, you can really get immersed not only in the puzzles, but the overall experience and you forget about the "real world". It's fun, it's persuasive, you just find yourself being 100% in the story and acting as one of the characters. Secondly, puzzles you face give you challenges and make you stepping on your toes to solve them. Finally - the quality! It was such a pleasure taking part in the experience that was designed with such a commitment to details and solutions used. I really enjoyed how well produced it is and how much it is embedded in Amsterdam's infrastructure. And with that I should say no more, not to share any spoilers ;) Enjoy

If you are looking for a super immersive escape room experience, The Vault has it all. It’s by far one of the most fun escape rooms I’ve ever been to. Beware though, if you want to really enjoy it, you’ll need to prepare a bit and be ready for some improvising with your friends, but if you fully embrace it it will be soooo worth it. Will definitely be back for another one! :D

The puzzle were really good and engaging. We had so much fun and definitely come back to try the other rooms

My colleagues and I did the Architect escape room and had a really good experience. The room was just challenging enough for our team to finish it with a few minutes to spare.

The experience was really, really nice. I felt like Jason Bourne. Or Tom Cruise. In Mission Impossible. Not in Magnolia.

Excellent game. Our brains still ache. It was really fun, challenging and definitely something we will do again, and again, and again. Can't wait till we can play the new game in March.
