Great escape room! Amazing challenges, engaging characters and a engrossing theme. It's a hard one though!

First timers! We where to couples and had a lot of fun and laugh! Not every quest was a given so the riddles where good! Good information and we'll organised.

We signed up in advance (if recommend on line booking before you go) on the advise of a friend who had already experienced 'Sherlocked'. It seemed a little bit pricey, after all it's just a room, right? Wrong!....... It's a brilliant experience that lasts around 80-90 minutes (70 minutes maximum 'doing' the activity) We went as a family of four with two smart 18 and 19 year old girls and it was a challenge. If you like puzzles and secret stuff you'll love it. We'd never been to Amsterdam before and there's so much to see but this was the highlight . We have tried one other similar experience but it doesn't compare, this gets 10/10.... Just do it! Thanks 'Sherlocked' you were awesome

After over 500 rooms, I have a new favorite game - Sherlocked's The Alchemist. The set design, technology, and special effects, are all woven together to create an experience that is designed to inspire wonder. If I was rating the room on puzzles alone, it would already be an above-average escape room. They are a nice medium level of difficulty -- non-trivial, but not so complex as to be tedious or frustrating. We solved them as a team of 2 players without issue. Many of the solutions result in very satisfying payoffs, and are well integrated into the story. I was practically in tears at the beauty of the finale. The Alchemist stands head and shoulders over the hundreds of other games I've played all around the world.

Fab start to our break in Amsterdam you totally get lost in the experience! We even managed to crack it!

I've done both of them and they are both amazing! The Vault was my first Escape Room and I found it really really exciting and challenging, it is a whole real experience out and indoors. The architect it is a bit more traditional escape room but also with amazing atrezzo and decoration, both stories really good built and accurate. You really get into the role and the game as soon as you are in. Highly recommended, the Vault is more difficult than The architect, but even if you don't solve it, there is a great experience waiting for you ;) go go go people go and enjoy!!!!

We did The Architect Room! It was my first time doing an escape game and I loved it! Will definitely come back the next time I'll be there

We did the Architect room as a team of 4 and all of us really enjoyed it! Some of our party had done escape rooms before and rated this one as one of the best they've done. Host was friendly and set the scene really well and also allowed time after the game had finished to allow us to ask questions and go over what we had done as there wasn't a booking afterwards which was nice. I would recommend to book atleast a few days in advance at busy times to secure the date and time you want as obviously there is only a set amount of slots each day. We will be doing the vault room when we return next!

Anytime you're in Amsterdam, you must play this game! It's absolutely crazy to do it in the center of the city! It would make you to be a team even to random people, but you need to switch on your brain and force mind to unexpected puzzles! So amazing!

I did Sherlocked with two other friends and we had such a blast - I didn't want it to be over. If you loved Fort Boyard as a kid, this will make you feel like you're living it - in a locked room and in one of the most historical buildings in the whole of Amsterdam. The team behind it is excellent, it's an exciting and fun way to spend an evening, the design will blow your mind and you'll get to know your friends better than you thought. Don't miss it!
