What People Say About Sherlocked Escape Rooms in Amsterdam

This was our first escape room experience and it was better than I ever expected! Lots of fun and completely different to anything I've ever done before! Would love to go back to Amsterdam because it's such a beautiful city and if I ever got the chance to come back I would definitely book 'The Vault' experience as I know it would be just as good if not better! I would definitely recommend 'The Architect' to anyone wanting to have a bit of craic and do something different :)

We made our booking a few days in advance knowing that we were likely coming at a busy time. We were able to secure a spot at 18:00 and had no issues at all finding the location or with our booking time. The game itself offers a wide variety of puzzles from simple to complex, from solvable by one person to requiring multiple people. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would recommend it to anyone who loves puzzles, escape rooms, fun, and adventure. Afterward, we inquired of our host if he had any recommendations for other rooms in the area that we should play – he suggested Questomatica where we also had a wonderful time. Great experience! The room is designed in a fantastic way keeping the authenticity of the time and the right vibe! The clues are elaborate but logical and can be followed so the whole experience is great!!

Played The Vault with a group of 4, was a great experience, loved how they take you on a story from the moment you book up and until you complete the room. The host stayed in character the whole time even when helping out with a small hiccup, which made it seem like it was part of the game. A creative mystic puzzle challenge with a great flow where you dive from one puzzle into the next challenge. They also make great use of the vintage elements the location provides. It's right in the city center, do recommend this to everyone who loves a good experience.

Really bad experience. We've done many escape rooms around the world, and this by far is THE WORST experience. To start: We waited 20 minutes to be let in by the host. The game: Lack of instructions made the game not fun. Not to mention that we had a health emergency during the game, knocking on all doors and no one responded. Just terrible experience. I wouldn't be surprised if most of the reviews are FAKE.

Together with my colleagues we decided to go to Escape room. Our room was called Architect, and it wasnt the easiest one but I know there are more difficult. For most of us it was first time. The puzzles had story and room itself was prepared with details. We had great time for us. We escaped after 44 minutes.

I did The Architect, and it was a really great room. It had things you had to do that I haven't seen in any other escape room I've done, and I've done a lot. The plot was very good, and it was beautifully crafted. I highly suggest doing it with four people. You have to use teamwork in a unique way, which I really like about this room. PLEASE TRY THIS ROOM!!! It is definitely worth the money.

We had an absolute blast as a family with our young son (age 7). We are experienced escape room enthusiasts who have played over 100 escape rooms around the globe. The Vault at the Sherlocked escape rooms rates in our top 10. Loved the immersive theme, unique location, and interesting “puzzles”. We escaped with 5 minutes to spare and enjoyed every minute of it. Thanks again crew for being willing to let our son join.
