Played the Alchemist— one of, if not the, best room in the world. Great for beginners & advanced players alike, which is no small feat. The build quality, magical moments of the story, and beauty of the space are outstanding. This experience alone was worth the journey across the globe! I recommend having at least one fluent english speaker, or at least reading up on your esoterica beforehand. Other than that, be ready for moments of delight & beautiful surprise.

Great experience! The room is designed in a fantastic way keeping the authenticity of the time and the right vibe! The clues are elaborate but logical and can be followed so the whole experience is great!!

Wow. The Alchemist at Sherlocked is a level UP! The engineering is amazing, some creative surprises along the way were outstanding. The storytelling was awesome and the team were just great at fully immersing us in it. This is what all other escape rooms should aspire to. Great souvenirs too! Sherlocked, you really created some magic here ;)

One of the best escape rooms! Went as a family with our two kids (ages 12 & 11) and we had such a blast. Our “host” was very good and we managed to complete the challenge with 5 mins to spare. Recommend downloading the app before you go. It will help you prepare for some of the escape room puzzles and you also get a discount if you complete it!

Our very friendly host gave us a lovely welcome before locking us in!!! What followed we are not allowed to say. Only that it was cryptic, fun and original. Shrelocked is a wonderful experience and you are in genuinely beautiful surroundings with antique artefacts. This is not some cheap theme park experience but an engaging way to spend a little over an hour. Unfortunately we did not escape but this didn't detract at all from the enormous fun we had. We WILL be back for their other experience.

We had the pleasure of tackling The Architect tonight and give it our highest recommendation for all, but we will focus our comments towards other families with kids/teens. Our children are ages 9, 11, and 13yrs and we had done one "escape room" prior to this (the previous experience was helpful, but by no means necessary to enjoy this activity). The Architect adventure is exciting, challenging and surprising in numerous ways that reflect great creativity and originality. Everyone in our family was able to contribute and was entirely immersed in the experience. We would suggest that there be at least 2 adults for an adventure like this and definitely it is necessary that some of the kids are somewhat older (12yrs and above) so they can be more involved in puzzle solving. That said, younger children provide their unique perspective - and good ears and eyes that can sometimes be key to finding or solving something that adults struggle with. This is a fantastic way to spend time together as a family. It requires true teamwork and cooperation. Siblings need to support and listen to one another in order to be successful...and are thrilled by the fruits of their joint efforts! We hope others have as much fun as we did.

Absolutely amazing escaperoom. We went with a group of Six and there were enough puzzles to work simultaneously and work as a team. The hype for the Heist already starts when you get e-mailed and when you have contact through text messages. The building is beautiful and the different rooms you are in have great ambiance. The hostess we had this evening was amazing, she was great in character and communicated well. We managed to escape and had great fun doing so. We all recommend the room, its truly a work of art.

The building itself, the clearness of the concept, the beautiful details. This was an experience to remember. Our team of 6 worked our way out of the room in 38 minutes. Communication, a curious mind and a logical thinking spirit will make your mind go crazy about Sherlocked Amsterdam. An absolute must do for people that like to be surprised as well as people that forgot how wonderful it is to create a curious mind. Thanks Sherlocked Amsterdam for inviting team Buro Curious!! Me and some colleagues did The Vault. It’s an exciting escape room with lot’s of challenges to overcome. Word of advice though: don’t go in on an empty stomach like I did. Becoming hangry does not make you better at escaping, I can tell.
