What People Say About Sherlocked Escape Rooms in Amsterdam

All but one of us came straight from the airport off a overnight flight - from North or South America (7 or 14 hr flight !). This was certainly a nice energy jolt, keeping us on the hunt all the time. Location is great - right between Centraal Station and Dam Square - would be perfect if you have a couple of hours to spare. Have to book in advance - place fills up fast, esp. during weekends.

The Vault: Great story, fantastic setting, challenging and stressful while still being a ton of fun.

I didn't have a clue what to expect from the Vault when I was told I would be doing it. I always wondered how escape rooms could really work as an experience - I always though it was just puzzles you had to solve to get out. Well - yes and no! While there were plenty of puzzles, it was made an experience by the people involved in the organisation of the Vault who made us almost instantly feel like we were actually part of the story - scared, happy, incredibly nervous, and all on cue. If you want to step out of your world and into a story in which you're the hero (hopefully), then step into the Vault!

Best escape room I’ve ever been to (The Vault) by FAR!!!! Room was huge, puzzles were awesome and creative. Samuel and Andra were awesome operators. We already booked another escape room (The Alchemist) in 2 days :)

Highly recommended, excellent escape room! Great puzzles, good backstory and very well thought through. Not too easy, not too hard. We managed to solve all puzzles with a small nudge from our host here and there. Our host was fun and maintained the entire backstory in a good way as well. Enjoy

I recently went on a trip to Amsterdam with husband and my family (all adults). I pushed them to do a puzzle room because I heard they were so much fun. Everyone was hesitant at first, but the eventually agreed. They were NOT disappointed. We all had a blast. It was great because all of the activities were different so it catered to a wide range of skill sets and everyone gets to participate. We all loved it and would highly recommend it to everyone. It was a highlight for the trip for everyone.

We had a great experience in The Vault. Not only the story is very well thought, but also the set up and atmosphere that people from Sherlocked recreate is absolutely great. Very challenging but doable. We booked it because of the high scores it has, and we can say now it really deserves a position at the top of the list!

Challenging puzzles to be solved with your friends or family on an absolutely awesome location. A both delightful and mind boggling experience. The location and the escape room itself have so much character, elements are stylishly designed and decorated, and the history of the location is integrated in the puzzles. It feels great to be solving mysteries together without the need or usage of modern technologies like the internet and smartphones. It's not easy to solve everything within the time limit, but we almost had it! Definitely recommended if you visit Amsterdam and looking for something fun, stylish and challenging.

The Alchemist was my first ever escape game, and it’s putting the level very high. I had so much fun that I totally lost track of time. I loved every inches of the experience: the storyline, the marvelous set design, all of the challenges were super playful and intriguing with a sparkle of magic wonder. For the fans of Harry Potter, you shall go!
