What People Say About Sherlocked Escape Rooms in Amsterdam

I experienced the Vault escape adventure (escape room doesn't fit as a description) two days ago and I'm under huge impression. I tried escape rooms few times already, they were fine and I was basically cracking all the mysteries. But with Vault the thing is very different! First of all the storyline is perfect, you can really get immersed not only in the puzzles, but the overall experience and you forget about the "real world". It's fun, it's persuasive, you just find yourself being 100% in the story and acting as one of the characters. Secondly, puzzles you face give you challenges and make you stepping on your toes to solve them. Finally - the quality! It was such a pleasure taking part in the experience that was designed with such a commitment to details and solutions used. I really enjoyed how well produced it is and how much it is embedded in Amsterdam's infrastructure. And with that I should say no more, not to share any spoilers ;) Enjoy

They had offered 2 different escape rooms (The Vault and The Architect) to which we chose to do the vault. It was absolutely one of the funnest things we have done. We had to race the clock and use logical thinking to solve the puzzle rather than just a simple “the code is hidden on the back of the door” scenario. Guido one of their employees was also incredible such an enthusiastic and passionate person. We didn’t complete the vault in time so he was kind enough to take us through the last few pieces of the puzzle. This truly was bang for your buck and I highly recommend.

Are you in amsterdam for the weekend with some mates and you have a couple of hours to spare, then this is the place to be! Located in the heart of the city is Sherlocked; an escape room like no other. I played The Vault, which is compelling, challenging and super diverse. The riddles and mysteries were amazing and i would recommend this to anyone for their visit!

If you like puzzles, interactive and immersive experiences... look no further.

This is my favourite escape room in Netherlands (and possibly the world) haha! As a fan of escape room myself, this was smart and systematic. I did 'The Architect' room and it was immersive. Although the puzzles were not of super high difficulty, it was clever and really enjoyable. Everything made sense (which i believe is the highest compliment in the escape room world) and the story telling was superb! Thank you for the experience. This was the best part of my trip! Cheers ~

"The vault" feels much more real than other escape rooms, I'm interested to hear if there is a better experience anywhere.

You can without a doubt see why this is an award winning escape room. The story telling and details are amazing and it was perfect in creating a thrill without needing horror. I won't spoil anything about the room other than that I recommend it 100% and that I'll be back to try the other rooms as well

We made our booking a few days in advance knowing that we were likely coming at a busy time. We were able to secure a spot at 18:00 and had no issues at all finding the location or with our booking time. The game itself offers a wide variety of puzzles from simple to complex, from solvable by one person to requiring multiple people. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would recommend it to anyone who loves puzzles, escape rooms, fun, and adventure. Afterward, we inquired of our host if he had any recommendations for other rooms in the area that we should play – he suggested Questomatica where we also had a wonderful time.
