This is not your generic review. That one is from a couple which already played in several rooms and was ABSOLUTELY captivated by the atmosphere, details and creative/unique riddles of this one! There are sick mechanisms and unexpected twists unlike anything we've seen in other rooms (in multiple countries). Bonus; it's in an epic building. For hours after the experience we've been recapping and running the riddles over and over again in our minds grinning like kiddies admiring their newly built lego fort. A must do!.

Played The Architect, and it was very funn! I wish we signed up for The Vault as well.

I visited with friends and did the Architect challenge, we loved every second of it! The game is so well set out and challenging. This was our first escape room challenge and we can't wait to book the next one! Fantastic value for money and brilliant entertainment. You must give it a go!

Right in the center of Amsterdam, Sherlocked comes with a creative concept and an exciting story full of secrets! It has been an adventurous hour deep down in the masonry of the old stock exchange of the 17th century.

Having never tried any escape room before, Me and my friends were tempted to give this place a go after reading about it's rave reviews on trip advisor. Finding this place was abit hard as it is located at the corner of the building with its view of the signage being partially blocked by the cafe beside it. We were greeted by two friendly and welcoming ladies upon entering. Before entering the escape room, we were told a story linked to the room that certainly set the mood for an adventure! The room was detailed and we were given an hour inside. I am glad to say me and my friend certainly enjoyed the experience.

This was my first escape game experience and I loved it. Be aware that it is addictive, I have escaped 5 rooms by now and won't stop. Sherlocked it a beautifully decorated room with many clever puzzles. We played with 5 persons and that was perfect. 4 would also do fine. I hve done other rooms where 5 would be a crowd, but not here. Unfortunately we didn't make it in time, but we were almost there. Thankfully there are more nice escape rooms in Amsterdam.

We've been to a few puzzle rooms now and this one really stands out. The decor, the story, the creativity that went into the challenges is really inspired. I loved that it was truly difficult at times (although I'm not sure if I'd say the same if we hadn't júst made it..). I noticed a review here complaining about a 'lack of logic' to the quests and even though it's a bit junior of me, all I can say is 'awww shucks'. Everything's wildly connected here and indeed nothing is spelled out for you. If you're stuck, it's not the game and it's not the host; it's you. We were thrilled every time something clicked with us, even (and especially) after reaching that point of desperation, when you think you've run out of clues. In short; can't wait for their next room and this one is highly recommend!

Not having done a locked room adventure experience before we were not sure what to expect.It was great fun, especially for our family with two adults and two kids aged 15 and 17. The host was friendly and helpful, and the setting felt authentic enough. The challenges were varied and not too easy, nor too taxing.
