Amazing experience at a beautiful location in Amsterdam. We played both The Vault and The Architect. Professional puzzles that get your excitement going. Definitely recommended for a fun time out! Sherlocked brings escape experiences to a next level, and I cannot wait for the newest secret....

Terrible experience as a customer - this escape room asked to change the time (very close to the date) which we BOOKED AND PAID ALREADY, and I couldn’t make that time so I asked to cancel for myself while other friends would still do. The reply from them is I cannot get a refund as much as I paid, since the number of participants is shorter now - which is CAUSED BY YOU. I tried to call and left a message via social media, but NO ONE REPLIED, ignoring my message while still posting stories? PLEASE treat all your customers properly and process the refund for the FULL amount for 1 person immediately. It is unacceptable to place the burden of YOUR fault on your customers. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone, there’re much better escape rooms in Amsterdam to secure your booking and treat customers properly, rather than this frustrating experience of paying more than €35.

We did the architect and loved it! Very well thought out. For sure will come back for the vault.

Excellent build up and pre game comms but let down by badly thought out and completely vague puzzles that were frustratingly ambiguous.

The Architect is Amazing! We were there as a bunch of friends, 2 first timers paired with 4 more experienced friends. The game master was amazing, very subtle, smooth transition from wardrobe practicalities straight into the mystery at hand! The room is stylishly decorated in the Sherlock theme; wooden shelves filled with books, solid desk with locked drawers, mysterious shut doors and comfortable looking armchairs. I feel that the ideal group size is between 4 and 6, such that everybody can follow what's going on. A definite must go if you're in the area! and have friends with you..

We went with a group of 5 adults and 1 child. It was the first time in an escape room for all of us. We all had a good time, especially the child. I think we would all do another for sure!

My first time in an escape room after all these years of strange experiences around the world. I really enjoyed it. I went in with a certain amount of hesitation but was delightfully entertained and stimulated. As a family adult group we had a useful combination of skills, despite we we were still pushed an just made it in the closing couple of minutes. I would recommend.

Sherlocked in Amsterdam is really something special. As soon as we stepped into The Alchemist, we were blown away. It’s honestly one of the most beautiful and elaborate escape rooms we’ve ever seen. HOWEVER what truly made our visit unforgettable was our host, Victor. His kindness and attentiveness stood out from the start, but he still went above and beyond. Victor secretly collaborated with my (now) fiancé to plan a proposal at the end of our experience. And it was perfect!! This escape room was so genuinely significant and will be a day we’ll cherish forever. Unfortunately, this review does come a couple of months late (life has been busy, as you can imagine!) but we still wanted to thank Victor and the rest of the Sherlocked team. Thank you for giving us such a meaningful and extraordinary memory. Y’all have set the bar impossibly high for escape rooms, and we can’t wait to visit Amsterdam again one day!

I went with some friends who had never been to an escape room before to do the Vault. I had been describing other Escape Rooms that I had done in the past and the Vault turned out to be quite different. It very much required that the team was prepared to Role Play (which some members of my team were not). It was very well done, the room itself was brilliant and was not like others I had done in the past. Certainly one of the best rooms I have done but if you are not prepared to really get into the role, then maybe another room is for you.
