What People Say About Sherlocked Escape Rooms in Amsterdam

Booked the Architect ahead of our visit to Amsterdam and couldn't have been happier. The staff to begin with were amazing, ringing to remind us of our booking on the day, and then giving us time when we arrived late. The room and game are really we laid out, with loads to do in the hour to solve the puzzle. This is a must do when in Amsterdam, we completed as a couple but more could do the puzzle together.

After completing the Architect escape room on our previous visit to Amsterdam, taking part in their second escape room, the Vault, was a must on our second trip. In the Vault, we thoroughly enjoyed the way in which the rooms were designed, and how each of the staff members got into their respective roles, successfully setting the scene for us to carry out the perfect robbery. Would definitely recommend attempting to get out of these rooms for a fun-filled, yet thought-provoking afternoon! If you can’t make it out in time... que Sahara, Sahara!

I’ve tried both scenarios and I have to say it was amazing. Best part would be how immersive is the setting. The Vault challenge is very challenging, and the role play part was sometimes a bit too much; but The Architect was very fun and a good balance between enigma and rewards.

The best escape room I've ever been to

Our group of four had a fantastic time. The host was outstanding and the challenge was the best we have ever experienced. A must do for anyone who likes the escape room experience!

Thank you so much to Victor and his team for helping me plan my anniversary surprise for my partner. They were extremely accommodating and the activity was above and beyond any expectations I could have. For the service and hospitality alone - Sherlocked has to be one of the best experiences in Amsterdam.

This escape room was fantastic! We managed to succeed in the escape room “the architecture”. It was a lot of fun and also tricky! very friendly stuff! I am still very speechless about the whole hour! Can’t wait to return to Amsterdam for the next escape room at sherlocked! thank you for working so late, couldn’t be a better evening!

Our very friendly host gave us a lovely welcome before locking us in!!! What followed we are not allowed to say. Only that it was cryptic, fun and original. Shrelocked is a wonderful experience and you are in genuinely beautiful surroundings with antique artefacts. This is not some cheap theme park experience but an engaging way to spend a little over an hour. Unfortunately we did not escape but this didn't detract at all from the enormous fun we had. We WILL be back for their other experience.

Okay so first off, you need to experience this and I advise booking in advance of your trip to the beautiful city of Amsterdam!. We had one of the last bookings of the day (10pm -12th November 2015). Admittedly we were a little stoned on our arrival but the lovely member of staff must expect this kind of thing (its Amsterdam after all) but i also think it added to the atmosphere when entering the room, it was a truly amazing experience, one i will never forget and am now seeking further escape rooms to conquer!....oh yes we actually escaped as well (to all our surprise).
