Ringing the bell at the Beurs van Berlage at 8pm is already quite cool. Then taken into the basement and seeing the building empty is something else. But then we were locked up and left alone to find a way out of Berlage's secret office. Amazing. You really don't think of anything but the next clue while the clock is ticking. Not finding the solution or the next clue is frustrating, managing to get a step further a relief. Then getting out in time, worth it! Clever clues, beautiful set and a great story. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

After the Covid-19 lockdown, we were very excited to play an escape room where they require all the safety measures and social distancing while playing. I have done more then 30 escape rooms, but the Vault has been one of the best ones I have ever played. We played it with 4 people and we all were really hyped afterwards. The acting, the setting, the special effects, the puzzles and the exciting game master all were really exciting like you were in a movie. Next month we will definitely play the other rooms, 5 stars for Sherlocked!

Our group had no idea what exactly to expect. The whole concept is shrouded in secrecy and mystery, which made the whole experience even better in the end. It was a perfect combination of adventure, teamwork, and mystery-solving for our team. Although we were with a group of friends, I'm sure this would also be perfect as a teambuilding activity. Our game master was a great storyteller, who really made us dive us into the story around the experience. Also, the location is brilliant, in the cellars of one of the oldest stock-market exchanges in the world! It's really close to the central station and many bars, so obviously we went for a beer after our escape to recap on the experience. Perfectly built escape room, and the best experience we've had in Amsterdam!

Amazing scenary for an escaperoom. Many rooms, great storyline, diverse puzzles and overall an awesome experience! Go do it yourselves!

I’m used to play escape room in Brazil and since I was in Amsterdam for holidays, I wanted to check how was the rooms here. It didn’t start well with me ringing the bell and no one answering it. It was cold and rainy and only after 15 minutes, someone opened the door and simply said... I heard someone ringing but we were busy!! C’mon... this is not how you supposed to treat a customer! We played “the architect” and the game master was supposed to give us hints.... even that we were stuck, no hints arrived. Good part is that they gave extra time and we were able to leave the room. Another “different” behavior from the escape rooms that I’m used is that she was “surprised” that we wanted to take a picture of the team!!!

The Vault is a tough though thouroughly enjoyable escape room-like experience. Roleplay is required.

Great setup, exciting suspenseful. Awesome location and fantastic actors! We had a great night! Totally recommended!

Great twist on the regular escape room setting in an amazing location (lovely old building in Amsterdam) and some fun role-playing. The room has actually quite challanging clues and puzzles, I would recommend it to experienced escape room goers, not beginners. All is all great experince, the acting part is very fitting or a group of 4.

We booked the Architect experience while spending New Year in Amsterdam. We had a really enjoyable time. The staff member explained everything really well. It’s really well planned and we would highly recommend this as a fun way to spend time with family and friends. You can see a clock ticking the minutes down and at times I thought we wasn’t going to escape .. but we did it in the end it felt really rewarding to work everything out as a team.. we would definitely do more in the future.

Having done a few escape rooms in the U.K., we wanted to do one while we were in Amsterdam for the weekend and were not disappointed. Thankfully the young man who set the scene for the experience spoke perfect English and therefore we were not at a disadvantage at any stage in the game. He was also a very good actor in setting the atmosphere for the room ahead. It was excellent from start to finish and the puzzles were challenging but not too frustrating. Enough hints along the way when needed without spoiling the flow! The venue was very atmospheric and imaginative. Loved it and would thoroughly recommend. Suitable for groups of friends or families with older children but would recommend at least 4 people do it to stand a chance of getting out! We missed out by about 2 mins (as a group of 3) and would have benefited from an extra person’s help. Or maybe we’re just making excuses!
